This is a full-body workout by Jenny Pacey and Wayne Gordon, who now run training sessions on Grokker. As if being trainers from Gladiators wasn’t enough, Jenny is even a retired Olympic Bobsledder for Great Britain too, and we even studied at the same university!

This indoor workout burn a tonne of calories!

Interval training is a great way to burn a lot of calories in a short space of time, and what’s great about this workout is that you literally need no equipment.

This is a real conditioning masterclass and if you are looking for something fresh and a little different, give this one a go!

It is five sets, 40 seconds on, then 20 seconds of squat spins.

You do get a fat 20 seconds rest between each set.
